This post is really my effort at exploring the possibility of adding pdf files to my blog without going to another website. If it works you will be able to click the link below for access to a map of CSSJs world-wide. This was created by Sister Baya a couple of years ago and we used it in the first issue of "Together in Mission" a world-wide newsletter about Sisters of St. Joseph around the world.
I'd be really grateful for feedback on this. Does the link work for you? Did you know Sisters of St. Joseph were in so many places around the world?

Sr. Joanne, The link worked for me:-) Gosh...the Sisters of St. Joseph are all over the world! I live in New Mexico. Do you know if there are Csj's here? Love your blog...God bless, Jerry
ReplyDeleteYes, Jerry there are Sisters of St. Joseph in New Mexico and they are part of the Boston CSJ congregation. We've been there since 1950. At the moment there is one sister in Santa Rosa and two in Albuquerque. There are also about 40 CSJ associates living in various parts of New Mexico. Over the years we've also been in Clovis and Santa Fe. There are also sisters from other CSSJ congregations in other parts of New Mexico including Silver City, NM.
ReplyDeleteOh...I just checked out the Boston CSJ congregation website and there's alot of info re: the Boston and New Mexico congregations. Hmmm... this is interesting. About 10 mos. ago, I began my own little Catholic spiritual practice that I look forward to the first thing each morning. I've been praying, asking God to help me find a good church home and RCIA program. Do you happen to know of a warm and loving community/parish in Albuquerque? Can men become CSJ associates?
ReplyDeleteOne of my best friends is a CCVI (Houston) and superintendent of Catholic Schools there. Thanks and hope you have a great evening. Jer...
No I don't really know anything about Alburquerque. Yes, men can be CSJ associates.
