The Federation Novitiate, a common project of the Sisters of St. Joseph in the United States, is an eight month concentration in the life, spirituality and mission of the Sisters of St. Joseph.
Rooted in the shared spirituality and charism of unity and active, inclusive love, the experience offers the novices the opportunity for greater peer interaction and support, are taught by women with experience and expertise from across the congregations, and come to know themselves as part of a larger CSSJ family in the United States and beyond.
